In 2022 I rebuilt the motor with a new lower end and fresh piston and rings. When I ran it for the first time I couldn't believe I used to race it because it was just a beast! It's got a new chain, air filter and Gunnar Gasser throttle. very fast bike. I'm sure it would be competitive in the over 40 class at any local track. Still has my old numbers on it. I did repaint it the best I could so it looks pretty sweet for a bike that's 41 years old without a full on restoration.
A genuine piece of Suzuki RM history from a time when motocross legends still shaped factory development.
